Bulldoze

You cause the ground within 10ft of you to rupture and break. Each creature within the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 8d8 Bludgeoning damage and has its speed reduced by 10ft until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and its speed isn’t reduced. If a creature’s speed were to be reduced to 0ft by this spell or it rolls a natural 1 on the saving throw, the creature is knocked prone.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a slot of 6th level or higher, the creature’s speed is reduced by another 10 feet for each slot level above 5th.
