Catch Flame (Andy)

Briefly collecting a few sparks and blowing life into them allows to hit a target within 5ft. Within a flash you burn something, roll to hit dealing 1d12 fire damage. This also ignites any object a flame.

At later levels this spell damage increases by a damage dice at 5th, 11th, and 17th level.
