Black Flame Sling (Andy)

Originating from the God Skin Apostle this line of spells was intended to slay the very gods that rule over the realm.

This horrific spell deals only 2d8 fire damage, but it's true power lies within its ability to sap life from a creature. It deals 1 damage for every hit dice that the target has. This damage is not fire, and instead guaranteed damage. They take this damage at the end of their next turn!

Charge

If this spell is charged by using your bonus action in addition it is instead changed to a 5ft sphere.
