Whisperwillow’s Witch Bolt

You charge your finger tips with electricity, and fire off a bolt of lightning at one target within range dealing 1 d12 damage on hit. On subsequent turns you may activate again as an action to deal damage to that target again, or to switch your witch bolt to a new target and deal damage to them instead.

At higher levels, the damage you get each round from this spell increases by 1 d12
