Weaver's Appropriation

You attempt to disrupt the weave to redirect the target of a spell that a creature you can see has cast.

You and the creature each make an ability check using your spellcasting ability, adding the respective spell's casting level as a bonus.  In the event of a tie, the triggering spell is countered.

If a successfully redirected spell requires concentration, you may choose to concentrate on the spell as normal or maintain concentration on an existing spell instead. If you choose not to concentrate on the redirected spell, it is still redirected but fails to cast.
