Shining blue ropes wrap around everyone in a 20-foot square centered on a point within range. A creature in the area when you cast this spell must make a Strength saving throw or be restrained for the duration. A creature restrained by the ropes can use its action to make a Strength Check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself. When the spell ends, the ropes disappear. If a creature frees itself, roll a d20. On a roll of 5 or lower, it triggers a wild magic surge as per the Sorcerer subclass, affecting itself.
