The Wizardress of Neverwinter, Caroline Grazni van Bone, liked to create spells based on plants. One such was her Arrogant Garlands, which were so abrasive, that anyone around would try to shut their conjured mouths. When using this spell, the target wears an ephemeral winter garland made of twigs, green plants, and mistletoe berries, that hurls insults at everyone within 30 feet. While this garland is worn by the target, any melee or spell attack made against any creature is made at disadvantage, as long as they can hear the garland's insults.
At higher levels: when cast at seventh level, every creature within 30 feet must make a Charisma saving throw of the caster's DC. Anyone who fails the check is driven to attack the wearer of the garland as they just can't take any more. This saving throw can be repeated at the end of the creature's turn.
