You conjure a wobbling mass of thick seeping slime at a point you choose within range. The slime creates a semi-transparent wall which can be up to 60 feet long, 60 feet high, and 5 feet thick. The wall vanishes when the spell ends. The wall's space is difficult terrain.
The wall is thick enough to stop and catch ranged weapon attacks from passing through it. When a creature enters the wall's space for the first time on a turn, or starts its turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 8d4 acid damage and its speed drops to 0 until the start of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage, and its speed isn't reduced.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increase by 2d4 for each slot level above 5th.
