You can choose to make the wall up to 30 feet long, 10 feet high, and 5 feet thick or a circle that has a 15-foot diameter and is up to 10 feet high and 5 feet thick. The wall limits the line of sight, but standing behind it does nog give full cover.
When the wall appears, each creature, other than the caster, within 15 feet of the wall must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, a creature has disadvantage on their next attack roll or saving throw. Failing the save with a (natural) one or lower results in leaving the creature frightened for the Inbreds.
A creature can move carefully through the wall. For every 2 foot a creature moves through the wall, it must spend 5 feet of movement. Furthermore, the first time a creature enters the wall on a turn or ends its turn there, the creature must make a charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d6 psychic damage and had disadvantage on its next attack roll or saving throw.
