You touch a willing creature and hold up the relevant material component, granting them the ability to ignore 1 perquisite of a specified ability or magic item. For instance, you could allow them to use a magic item normally only available to another class or allow them to use an ability that requires them to be unarmoured while in armour. This does not allow you to cast a spell without the required components and has no impact on the requirements of an artefact. Your DM can impose a lesser restriction (such as allowing you to wear medium armour where only light was allowed) if they so wish. This spell can be cast on you no more than once per day.

For instance, if wearing armour that an ability/magic item prohibits (such as medium armour while in blade song) then a link of mythril would be appropriate, or if using an item only a warlock can usually attune to then a fragment of a rod of the pact keeper or a warlock's arcane focus may be appropriate.)
