You assert your status as a sociopolitical superior upon a peasant within range. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage, bend the knee and fall prone.

This number of creatures the spell can target increases to 2 at 5th level, 3 at 11th level, and 4 at 17th level. They must all be within 20ft of eachother.
