When an attack roll hits you, before you take any damage, as a reaction, you ball your hand into a fist, and make a hand gesture with your index and middle finger outstretched. You are then briefly shrouded by swirling wisps of black which teleports you up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. You avoid the damage you were supposed to receive.
