You utter a short message of twenty-five words or less, then choose a target, which must be on the same plane of existence as you; a person you're familiar with or a location you've visited at least once. A messenger then appears either by the chosen person or at the chosen location, and recites your message. The messenger takes on a form of your choice, which can range from an animal spirit, a voice within a gentle breeze, or the knothole of a tree that begins to move like a mouth. The message is audible to anyone standing within 60 feet of your messenger, and is recited in the same language you used when uttering it.
