Balls

This spell fills a 5' cube with a multitude of tiny brightly colored erratically bouncing rubber balls of various sizes. For the duration of the spell, attacks made from within or that pass through that space have disadvantage due to the distracting and aim inhibiting balls, and and creature attempting to move from or through that space must make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone as they trip or slip on the balls.
