Channeling your celestial connection to the sky, you call the wind to blow in a direction of your choice in an area within 2 miles of you for the duration. You must be outdoors to cast this spell. Moving to a place where you don’t have a clear path to the sky ends the spell early.
The strong wind imposes disadvantage on ranged weapon attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing. A strong wind also extinguishes open flames, disperses fog, and makes flying by nonmagical means nearly impossible.
If you maintain concentration on the spell for the full duration, the local weather system is blown away and replaced with a new one. Roll 1d100 on the Weather Chart to determine new weather conditions. (The DM may determine if a particular condition is impossible for the local area)
