Vicky's Irritating Chatter

You surround your target with a swarm of specral mouths, all chattering on about irrelevant nonsense for the duration. Any creature concentrating on a spell or any other action that requires Concentration must immediately make a Concentration Saving Throw versus the caster's Spell Save DC.

On each subsequent turn, if the target creature is still maintaining Concentration, they must remake the Concentration Saving Throw before any Action, Bonus Action, or Movement. If the targeted creature attempts to cast a spell that requires Concentration, or a Ritual spell, they must make the same Concecration Saving Throw.

Creatures that cannot hear are unaffected by this spell
