Cardiovascular Arrest

You attempt to cause one creature with a vascular system within range to suffer cardiac arrest. The creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 3d8 points of necrotic damage, fall prone, begin suffocating, and become incapacitated. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.
