Continual Light

A small light, equivalent in brightness to a torch, springs forth from an object that you touch. The color of the light can be determined when cast , but cannot be changed thereafter. The object in question cannot be larger than one foot in any direction. For each level above 2nd the cost of the spell increases by 50gp (200g to cast at 5th Level). The radius of the light also doubles for each addition level. so 40' at 3rd level, 80' at 4th level. The range will not extend beyond 160' even if cast with a spell slot higher than 5th level.
