Anti-Lycanthropy

You spend 1 spell slot to cast. This spell is cast instantly for the cost of 1 action.  Once this spell is cast through either an action or ritual on a target using a strand of the target's hair, the effects of Lycanthropy are reversed. However, the target's proficiency gets halved and gains the vulnerability debuff, the target also experiences level 4 exhaustion. 

This spell's effects are reversed after 1 hour. Once the spell is no longer in effect the target is able to transform back into were-animals.
