Arrows of the Art have ancient elven high magic woven around them. They are placed in a chosen quiver at the start of the casting time, and the spellcaster chants in an old elven tongue for while gesturing to weave strands of magic into place.

At the end of the casting time, the arrows within the quiver take on a magical effect from the options below. This magical effect can only be dispelled by a wish spell. Choose one of the effects below.

  • Arrow of Dispelling - Any creature or object that is hit by this arrow is targeted by a dispel magic as if it were cast with a 9th Level spell slot (saving throw DC 18). After use, the magic dissipates and the arrows return to normal.
  • Arrow of Snuffing - Any non-magical fire within 5 ft of a creature or object that is hit by this arrow is immediately extinguished. Magical fire in that same radius is reduced in intensity, reducing its damage by half until the duration of the effect producing the flame expires. Magical fire that has been snuffed once in this way is entirely extinguished if snuffed again in the same way.
  • Arrow of Elven Magic - These magically guided arrows are more likely to hit their target. When fired by an elf, attack rolls with these arrows are made with advantage and ignore half cover and three-quarters cover
  • Arrow of Marking - Any creature hit by these arrows is treated as if they are under the effects of a True Strike spell for 24 hours. Creatures allied to you and your companions receive the benefit of this effect.
  • Arrow of Message - These arrows fly through elven portals, seeking a named individual or the nearest leader of a named faction and landing harmlessly near their feet, as long as they are on the same plane of existence as the shooter. When it lands, it delivers a message of up to 30 words that can be heard only by the named recipient.

Ritual Focus. If you expend your ritual focus, you can enchant two quivers, each with 20 arrows, instead of one. The material components change to reflect this.

Ritual of Complement. If two casters with the Rituals of Complement feature cast this spell as a ritual and expend a Ritual Focus each, they can enchant five quivers, each with 20 arrows, instead of one. The material components change to reflect this.

* - (A quiver of up to twenty arrows, a dragons treasure hoard worth at least 100,000 GP (consumed))
