Alter Echo

You pluck a version of yourself from another timeline, which has led a different life of yours and made different decisions than you did. It appears as if made of the Stuff of Shadow from the Shadowfel, not unlike an illusory Dragon, and appears within 10 feet of you. Depending on the level in which this Spell was cast, your duplicate can cast Spells themselves. However, it can only cast Spells that are available in your Spellbook. The amount of Spells it can cast is cumulative Spell Levels not higher than the Spell level this Spell was cast in. So a Level 3 Alter Echo could cast three Level 1 Spells or one Level 1 and one Level 2 Spell or one Level 3 Spell. The Spells cast however cannot be higher than 5th level and the Alter Echo cannot cast Alter Echo.

The Alter Echo has an AC of 13 + your dexteritiy modifier and 1 Hitpoint. If it has to make a Dexterity Saving Throw to suffer half damage and it succeeds, it instead suffers no damage. It has its own turn in combat and acts directly after your turn. It has its own action, bonus action and reaction like a normal creature and has a Walking Speed of 30 ft. regardless of your own speed and type of movement. It knows what you know, and you know what it knows, and it has no access to magical items that are on your person. If it casts a Spell that has a consumed material component, you have to have the material component on your person and it is removed from your person upon casting. If you cast Alter Echo while having an active Alter Echo, your current Alter Echo disappears.

Your Alter Echo can also cast Cantrips, albeit in a limited amount equal to the casters Intelligence Modifier.
