When the user cast their spell they gain amerment haki. This causes the users body to become stronger and more durable. This allows the user to get a +6 AC and +3 damage to all melee attacks. When this spell is cast 3 times the user will start to accumulate points of exhaustion if they cast it anymore times without taking a short rest.
