black tentacles can be used only on living targets or on targets that can be intimidated ,

when casted it adds a +5 on an intimidation check +10 if the target has been intimidated in the past ,

it also restricts the target for as long as an hour (dex saving throw 15+ if previously intimidated 20+ )if the restriction in successful the caster gets an aditional +6 on the intimidation check
