You snap your fingers and a magical quill and paper appears floating in the air within 30ft of you. The quill records everything you wish to, as if you were writing it, with perfect accuracy. You can move the quill and paper up to 20ft with your bonus action. When the spell ends the transcript falls to the ground at its final location.
