Utak's Twilight Coil

When making a melee attack you can invoke the name of the god you worship, as you strike the opponent a coil of radiant light appears and wraps around the target dealing an extra 1d8 radiant damage. On a failed saving throw the target is restrained for one round. On a success the target takes half of the spell damage but all of the original melee attack damage.

At 5th level the damage becomes 2d8 radiant damage, 3d8 at 10th and 4d8 at 15th
