You send a short message of twenty-five words or less to a creature with which you are familiar or that you know to be an informant or member of the lotus organization. The creature hears the message in its mind, recognizes you as the sender if it knows you, and can answer immediately, which will temporarily appear written on the OnlyParchment paper, the language will default to the language the caster originally used unless indicated to use code. The spell enables creatures with Intelligence scores of at least 1 to understand the meaning of your message. When casting this spell as a ritual, the message does not need verbal components, instead the caster will only need to write the message down onto the OnlyParchment to send it to the target they have in mind.
You can send the message across any distance and even to other planes of existence, but if the target is on a different plane than you, there is a 5 percent chance that the message doesn't arrive. This chance to be unsuccessful does NOT count when sending to either of the veiled islands.
