The creature must make a wisdom saving throw (dc equal to spell save dc) or attempt to kick the stone around as though it were a hacky sack, hurting their foot (halving their movement speed until the end of their next turn) and taking 1d4 force damage.
On a critical failure, the creature instead attempts to catch the stone with their head, getting a mild concussion (and are stunned until the end of their next turn) and take 1d6 force damage.
