Liquid Amputation

Cast this spell to convert an enemies limbs into a liquid. The effect would last for 2 minutes but after the first minute the enemies limbs would begin to slowly reform until they are finally complete at the end of it. The enemy would have to roll and Con save in order to dodge this spell, and should they succeed the casters limbs would affected instead (Plasmoids are immune to ths effect).

At higher levels, the spell would be able to effect multiple targets at a time, increasing by one per spell level.
