Avatar of Aether

While making eye contact cast a spiritual avatar 5ft in front of the creature you are making eye contact with.  The avatar may cast any spell or use any magic as if the user is in the location of the avatar.  Non magical actions may not be used by the avatar.  The avatar dissipates if eye contact is broken or if the caster's concertation is broken.  Damage to the avatar is not applied to the caster. 

Eye contact can be made through reflections in other objects of nonmagical quality.
