Radiant Sphere. A 5-foot-diameter sphere of heroic light appears in an unoccupied space of your choice within range and lasts for the duration. As a bonus action, you can move the sphere up to 30 feet, directing it over barriers up to 5 feet tall and across pits up to 10 feet wide. If you ram the sphere into a creature, the sphere stops moving this turn, and that creature must make a dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 5d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Wall of Radiance. The sphere creates a wall of radiance 30 ft long, 20 feet high, and 5 feet thick over any solid surface it travelled. An additional 30 feet of wall can be created this way every round. The wall is opaque, lasts for up to 1 minute, and deals 5d8 radiant damage against any creature who enters the wall for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there.
A creature cannot take damage from both the sphere and the wall in the same turn. Both the sphere and the wall shine bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage of both the sphere and the wall increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
