You sparked a gout of light blue flames that roars from your location indefinitely. Should any Fiend Creature(s) or Undead Creature(s) be caught in its range, roll 3d20. If the results are >=30, deal fire damage equal to 2d20 + your Charisma Modifier. If not, deal fire damage equal to 2d10 + your Constitution Modifier. You may summon a second wave of fire based on the 2d20 roll result. If >=20, you take Fire Damage based on 1d8 roll (damage lifted if you have Fire Resistance), then you can create another fire with the same rule.
If the damage from the Hellfire reduced an entity's hit point to 0, their remains will burn until they are all but ashes.
When active, the light blue flames will turn darker when in touch with Fiend and/or Undead. On sight of the flames, typically, Undeads and Fiends will try to make the distance, but not all of them. Hellfire also ignores Fire Resistance.
If your party member is either a Fiend or Undead, they will be excluded from the target list, unless stated otherwise. Any Undead animated by Party Necromancer will also be excluded unless stated otherwise.
At the Higher Level, you can add both your Constitution Modifier and Charisma Modifier to every result, either >=30 or not, the first wave or not.
