black lightning surrounds your body and then starts to spread and stuns enemies and players for 2 minutes while doing 1d4 +2 (party members won't take damage) but players in are stuck until they are hit by another player. at higher levels, players won't be hit and the time boosts to 5 minutes doing 2d4 + 2atk bonus
