Agony Inferno

This spell engulfs the target in unquenchable fire tornado, the fire burns the hottest in the middle of the tornado. The target instantly dies if they are at 100 health points or below. When the target dies their soul is punished or eternity. 

Anyone that gets within 5 feet of the spell also get set on fire and must make a Dexterity saving throw of 18 or takes 8 D4 fire damage, on successful save that damage is halved.
