Calathar's Constricting Conductors

Whispering a command word into the copper wire, the Arcanist creates a lasso of electricity, which wraps itself around the spell target. The target must make a Strength saving throw equal to the casters spell save DC, or become restrained. Every turn following, until a successful save is made at the end of the affected creatures turn, the target will take 2d6 lightning damage. This spell does not effect targets size huge or larger. You may also choose to negate the damaging aspect of the spell when casting it if you desire. This spell may be cast at higher levels, dealing an additional 1d6 lightning damage for each spell level above the base. When casting at 5th level or higher, the caster creates an additional constrictor and targets a secondary target within range.
