Bestow Magic

Choose a spell you can cast and that has a target other than self. You cast that spell--called the bestowed spell--as part of casting bestow magic, expending spell slots for both, but the bestowed spell doesn't come into effect. Instead, it takes effect when the creature uses their action to cast the spell within this spells duration. The creature this is cast upon has concentration to hold the spell for 8 hours or until they release the spell.

If the spell requires an attack roll or a saving throw they use your spell attack modifier and spell save DC.
