After casting this spell your ass cheeks morph to cheeks similar to Itamar Begvir's cheeks
While this spell is activated any time you walk 5ft. your cheeks clap so strongly they produce a 10ft. shockwave dealing to any creature in it [roll]1d6ad[/roll] Force Damage.
Also while this spell is activated you need to roll Racism roll +Your level to increase the size of the cheeks, the DM chooses if you have advantage or disadvantage based on the surrounding enemies
