Casting this spell creates an extremely powerful temporary bond between two objects. After touching a surface no larger than 5 feet, any object or creature that comes into contact with it will be bound to it. If you touch a wall or the floor only 5 feet of it will have the magic effect. A creature is considered restrained and can make a strength saving throw on subsequent turns to pull themselves free. dispel magic can eliminate the effect of this spell.
