Babel

The target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw. If the creature failed, this spell alters any language spoken by the target into incoherent nonsense, making verbal communication impossible. The creature cannot be understood with the Comprehend Languages spell, nor can it be the target of the Tongues spell. Moreover, the target cannot cast spells that require verbal components. This spell may end prematurely when you choose to dispel this effect as a bonus action, or by casting the Remove Curse spell on an affected creature. If the creature succeeds on its save, it becomes immune to this spell for the next 24 hours.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level, the duration becomes 10 minutes. If you use a spell slot of 5th level, the duration becomes 6 hours. If you use a spell slot of 7th level, the duration becomes 24 hours. If you use a 9th level spell slot, the spell lasts until it is dispelled. Using a spell slot of 5th level or higher grants a duration that doesn’t require concentration.
