Ball Static

Player creates a ball of static electricity in their hands, which gains in energy each round as long as the Warlock maintains concentration. In the first round, the cloud produces a single lightning bolt for 1d4 damage, but each subsequent round creates another lightning bolt, which may be aimed at a different target and dealing 1d4 for each lightning static bolt.
