Celestial Blade (Quartz). The gem creates a white sword. The sword is a melee weapon with the versatile property, dealing 21 (6d6) radiant damage on a hit, or 27 (5d10) radiant damage with two hands.
Far Dagger (Emerald). The gem creates a green dagger. The dagger is a melee weapon with the finesse and thrown properties (range 20/60), dealing 27 (5d10) psychic damage on a hit.
Hammer of Acheron (Sapphire). The gem creates a blue warhammer. The hammer is a melee weapon with the versatile property, dealing 21 (6d6) thunder damage on a hit, or 27 (5d10) thunder damage with two hands.
Abyssal Crossbow (Topaz). The gem creates a yellow crossbow. The crossbow is a ranged weapon (range 100/400) with the loading and two-handed properties, dealing 27 (5d10) necrotic damage on a hit.
Morningstar of Oblivion (Onyx). The gem creates a black morningstar. The morningstar is a melee weapon that deals 27 (5d10) acid damage on a hit.
Labyrinthine Javelin (Blue Diamond). The gem creates a light blue javelin. The javelin is a melee weapon with the thrown property (range 30/120), dealing 27 (5d10) lightning damage on a hit.
Bident of Gehenna (Peridot). The gem creates an olive green bident. The bident is a melee weapon with the thrown (range 20/60) and versatile properties, dealing 21 (6d6) poison damage on a hit, or 27 (5d10) poison damage with two hands.
