Chad's pocket sand of blinding

Chad's pocket sand of blinding is a cantrip that allows the user to throw sand from anywhere like a Chad. this spell has an area of effect of 15 feet each creature must make a dexterity saving throw if a creature fails they take 1d4 damage and if the creature succeeds this spell does nothing. upon failing the save the enemy has disadvantage on attack rolls.
