Change To Self

You slowly turn to a dark blob killing you slowly, it causes you great pain yet you must let it consume you.

Damage To Self

You lose half your health each turn, at 1 health point... IT KILLS YOU INSTANTLY.

Damage To Enemy

You can slowly crawl to the enemy, touch it once? your dark oozing blobby skin burns to touch, your enemy loses 4 health each turn as long as it is touching them. The enemy has to roll a constitution saving throw on each round the blob is touching it, if it succeeds the enemy gets out.

You can turn this off at any time you wish.
