In his travels Sarabrand Mortar spent his time hunting for knowledge on spells that would fit his book, but the long travels often left him in isolation. To his luck he met an unnamed wizard who gave him many of spells, but no spell had been as helpful or unique as one simply called volo's Joyus Task. A simple cast, all he had to do is tap on a creatures shoulder and say high five and create joy and wonder, and he recorded the note at the bottom of the page about the annoying interaction with Volo that had led the wizard to create the spell.

Casting the spell on any creature that has hands(or paws) and can currently move, forces it to make a wisdom save which they can choose to fail. A failure means that the creature must high five the caster as a bonus action or reaction before the casters next turn or take 1d8 damage. The creature is enticed to high five, but is not forced. If the creature becomes restrained, looses all hands (or paws) or is paralyzed before the casters next action the spell ends.

When a creatures high-fives due to the spell it feels slightly happier, if it passes the save or takes damage from the spell it feels marginally sadder.

To cast the caster must tap a shoulder of the creature and raise their hand well saying, "High Five."

The ritual casting time is one hour and work on creatures without hands, giving them magical hands(or paws) as a purpose of completing the high five
