As a reaction when you commit an act to which there is only one witness or witness an act to which you are the only witness, you can pass blame to the witness. For the duration of the spell, anyone who attempts to discern who committed the act will determine that the target of the spell must be the culprit. When the duration expires, everyone who discerned this realizes they had been charmed and that their discernment is false, but does not learn who committed the act.
