You summon a longbow made of magical ice. When you hit a target with this bow it takes 1d8 cold damage. In addition the target must make a strength save against your spell DC or be frozen in place. A creature frozen can use its action to try and break free. On a successful save the target’s speed is reduced by 10 ft.
At higher levels: The damage die and DC of the spell both increase with 2 when casted on level 6 and by another 2 on level 9.
