I do not need an alternate light source to see where the bloodstains are...
You may cast light drop on either a source of blood (such as a bloodstain or blood puddle) or a blood bearing creature. Their blood glows with a luminous color of your choice. Blood affected by this spell gives off an amount of light as an equal sized fire (a single drop would be a candle light, a large vial or small jar would be a torch and a pile of gore would be a bonfire) There is no heat, and blood remains luminous until the end of the spell's duration, even if separated from the body - though dried blood will give a foggy dim light. Creatures affected by this spell glow faintly from their blood under their skin, causing a disadvantage on stealth checks made to hide in shadows.
HP cost 1.
