Binding Chains

Choose an incapacitated or willing creature that you can touch. The target becomes magically restrained by slightly transparent chains of force. This effect ends only if dispelled or if the creature uses teleportation magic to escape the bindings. A creature restrained by this spell cannot cast spells with somatic or material components.
