You create a wall of frigid ice on a solid surface within range.

The wall is 10 feet wide and 20 feet high, and can be up to 60 feet long. A creature can move through the wall.

When the wall appears, each creature within its are a must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d4 cold damage and has 0 speed until it succeeds the save, or half as much damage on a successful save.  A creature that moves through or ends its turn within the wall repeats the Saving throw.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
