Cadstro's Slinging Starlight

You channel your inner swagger and you fling a stream of starlight at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target, the spell can be bent or woven to hit a target that is behind cover only if the caster has been practiced in spell flinging. Caster must weave the spell in the coolest way possible in order to gain additional affects. On a successful hit, the target takes 5d10 force damage and has disadvantage on spell saves until the end of the caster's next turn. If the spell is woven and hits the target is knocked back 5ft from pure swagger The spell's damage increases by 1d10 when casted at a higher level
