The caster causes all creatures of flesh with in a 30' radius of a point they can see up to 60' away to role a CON save or be restrained. A creature restrained makes a CON save at the end of every turn until either three CON saves are made three CON are failed (does not have to be in order). Once three saves are made the effect is over, if three saves are failed the creature turns to stone. If the caster maintains concentration the effect is made permanent. The effect can only be reversed through Stone to Flesh, Greater Restoration, or Wish.
